Rose, 18 year old female who can tap into the magical forces of fire.
I've gotta agree with Jaderr, I played the fire mage path and even attempting to do anything wholesome or good lead to eaither failure or end game. It was more like being destined to become a raving phycopath than a good King or Queen.
Hi i love this game so far and can't wait for it to be finished. I played the rose path and it was great but the only problem i have with it is that there arn't enough choices for example at the end of the playable rose path you don't have the choice to come out sooner and saver joes and everyone elses lives an option to do that would be nice. but thats pretty much it, luv the game hope it gets finished soon.
Far too linear. I only played the Lucy path so far, but three things in particular really bugged me. First, the scene where you go to sleep and dream of your father, there's no non-sexual option. I didn't want to fuck anyone then, but even though it SHOULD have been Lucy's choice, it wasn't. Second, there's no way to suss out the actual captain in the village without having sex with the guard. Third, after you have had sex with the guard and discovered the actual location of the captain and killed him, you then are forced to callously murder your own soldier for some perceived failure that he didn't even commit. There's no option given to NOT kill your own soldier, which is incredibly stupid.
I love the game so far.
The "game over" rape scenes are not for the faint of heart, so be warned.
The backstory is great, but it would be nice too if there was a "I've played before, just let me setup my character" skip link like there is in Coleman Institute. It should drop you off the night in the first town, where you choose sneak/fight/magic.
The writing is great, the sex scenes are hot, and I think you did a great job differentiating the 4 characters.
Usually there is only one right choice, which is okay with me because with 4 branches you can imagine the headache if paths didn't get pruned and gathered at points. Kudos to herrzimm for writing three very well done games at the same time, don't burn out!
One little nitpick: I find it pretty odd that all the girls are described as "cute" in the synopsis.
I would probably only describe Ann as cute, the petite girl.
Lucy would probably be "lithe".
Mary would be "athletic" or "strongly built".
Rose would be "hot tempered" or "fierce".
Just adding a bit of counterpoint to Zer0zero's review.
Those particular scenes, while accurate in how they play out, are prior to a really "bad ending". The "consentual sex scenes" are not like that.
